Vintage handmade over skirt from the hill tribes in northern Vietnam.
- Indigo component is hand dyed and all embroidery is done by hand …wow!!
- open in the back with tie closure
- Indigo, neon blue, and pink stripes
- Dirndl style with knife pleats at the top
